End-to-end digitalization of the institute’s vaccine operations: batch production at the Dhaka and Cumilla labs, quality control, inventory, procurement, and nationwide distribution to District Livestock Officers — replacing paper logbooks with approval-driven workflows and live dashboards.

• Production: batch entry → PSO/SA approval → stock added to inventory
• Order & supply: requisition → approval → stock issue → delivery → DLO acknowledgement & feedback

BINLI — Bangladesh Integrated Network for Livestock Information

National web and mobile system for cattle identification and registration, piloted across 16 upazilas in all eight divisions. Field officials locate farms on a map, scan ear-tag barcodes, and record animal data on site; DLS monitors registration in real time; insurance companies pull eligible-animal data through a dedicated API. Hosted at the BCC National Data Center.
